The Flagler County Commission meets for a budget workshop at 9 a.m. at the Emergency Operations Center, Bunnell.

The Flagler County Emergency Medical Services Advisory Board meets at the Emergency Operations Center, 1769 E. Moody Blvd., Building 3, Bunnell, at 9:30 a.m. The board will hear an appeal of the June 20 Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board decision regarding the Special Exception Request to allow a transitional housing project at 210 N. Fig Street.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office celebrates its centennial in an 11 a.m. ceremony at the Sheriff’s Operations Center, 901 East Moody Boulevard, Bunnell. All public welcome.

The Flagler Library Board of Trustees meets at 4 p.m. in the Doug Cisney Room at the Flagler County Library, 2500 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Palm Coast, FL.

The Bunnell City Commission meets at 7 p.m., 201 West Moody Boulevard, City Commission Chambers, Building 3

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission will start a two-day meeting and take up issues such as a legislative and budget update. (8:30 a.m., Orange County Convention Center, West Building, 9800 International Dr., Orlando.)

FPL Solar Expansion: State Sen. Debbie Mayfield, R-Vero Beach, Florida Power & Light President and CEO Eric Silagy and other officials are expected to take part in an event about FPL projects to build three solar-power plants in Indian River and St. Lucie counties. (10 a.m., FPL Blue Cypress Solar Energy Center, 10401 Fourth St., Vero Beach.)

The Education Estimating Conference will hold what is known as a post-session “impact” conference for the pre-kindergarten through 12th grade system. (10 a.m., 117 Knott Building, the Capitol.)

CAMPAIGN FINANCE REPORTS DUE: State candidates, political committees and parties face a Monday deadline for filing reports showing campaign-finance activity through June 30.
