Peter Williams, Jr. and other free black men in New York City, it was published weekly as a four-page, four-column newspaper, starting with the March 16, 1827 issue. Freedom's Journal circulated in 11 states, the District of Columbia, Haiti, Europe, and Canada,' the Wisconsin Historical Society writes. The new board includes: Marge Sisti as president, JoAnn Durand as first vice president, Marcus Ellison as second vice president, Kerry Lawrence as recording secretary, Kitty VanHorn as corresponding secretary, Jeannette Kainu as treasurer, Angie Troike, as assistant treasurer, and Carol Bryant as past president. Garret Hunter, a high school senior dual-enrolled at Daytona State College, took this shot of last week's Blood Moon on the Flagler Beach Bridge, using a Canon T6s paired with a 600mm f8 Novoflex lens. He described the circumstances of the shot: 'Ended up getting to the beach about 5:30am, and after realising the tree line would block my shot walked most of the way up the bridge. I was going straight from there to some volunteer work I do, and got some weird looks from joggers, walking up the bridge with an old canvas duffle bag and a three piece suit. Doesn’t help that the lens itself uses what looks very much like a pistol grip as a handle and to control the focus. I tracked the moon for over an hour, but it wasn’t until 7:00 that it started changing colour. For then till about 7:15 when it went under the tree line got a chance to get some pretty great shots, though ended up missing the sunrise which I had planned to timelapse.'
