Free For All Fridays on WNZF: Host David Ayres is live from the job fair (see the item below), with interview applicants and guest Nick Klufas, the Palm Coast Council member, little league champions, and Jay Cassen, director of Daytona Beach Airport, starting a little after 9 a.m. with a commentary by Pierre Tristam on the limits of “See Something, Say Something.”

Friday: Job fair for Sea Ray’s laid-off employees, organized by CareerSource Flagler Volusia from 9 to 2 p.m. at the gymnasium of Flagler Palm Coast High School off State Road 100. This job fair will showcase businesses with open, ready-for-hire positions. See details here.

Friday: The Association of Florida Colleges’ third annual Campus Safety Symposium, at Daytona State College, 1200 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach. The Symposium brings together experts in a combination of plenary and educational sessions to address current safety challenges facing our campuses statewide. The symposium will focus on sharing best practices and resources to assure that every college in Florida has the necessary tools to implement effective and successful campus safety policies and practices. Topics and concurrent sessions will include presentations and panels covering law enforcement practices, threat assessment, mental health, incident recovery, behavioral intervention, facilities, Title IX, FERPA, and student services. Titles of sessions are expected to include, “Taking a Preventative Stance on Campus Safety,” and “Active Shooter — Run, Hide, Fight.” CAMPUS SAFETY SYMPOSIUM BEGINS: The Association of Florida Colleges and the state Division of Florida Colleges will begin a two-day campus safety symposium in Volusia County. Titles of sessions are expected to include, “Taking a Preventative Stance on Campus Safety,” and “Active Shooter — Run, Hide, Fight.”

Friday: Movies in the Park, 8 p.m. in Central Park at Town Center, 975 Central Ave., Palm Coast. Families will enjoy “The Lego Batman Movie” on the park’s giant outdoor movie screen. Bring your blanket, lawn chairs and snacks and invite your friends and neighbors to join you at this free, monthly family activity offered by Palm Coast Parks & Recreation and Flagler Schools. Friday: Bowling for Scholarships: $15 for three games and shoe rental at Ormond Lanes, 260 North US 1, Ormond Beach, from 6 to 9 p.m., in support of student scholarships at Daytona State College; hosted by the DSC Alumni & Friends Association in conjunction with the DSC Career Employees Association. Saturday: Flagler Sportsfishing’s 9th Annual Free Kids Fishing Clinic, 9 a.m. to noon, for children ages 5 through 15 years old with a parent, Bings Landing, 5862 N. Ocean Shore Blvd., Palm Coast. Each participant is asked to bring a nonperishable food item to the Kids Clinic that will be collected and go to the Food Pantry in Bunnell. The Flagler Sportfishing Club along with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Fish Florida, and volunteers will be conducting a program of Six Skill Stations which will teach the participant about: 1) Casting; 2) Conservation; 3) Habitat; 4) Knot Tying; 5) Proper Fish Handling; and 6) How to Throw a Cast Net. After attending all six stations, each participant will receive a “Good Angler” award. Free rods and reels will be given to the first 200 children. Rods and reels donated by Fish Florida, West Marine, and Flagler Sportfishing Club. Each kid will get a free hot dog and water donated by Flagler Sportfishing Club. Saturday: “Get Ready,” the Temptations and Four Tops tribute show, is the featured act at the free Midtown Motown Concert series at Cypress Park at the Midtown Cultural & Educational Center in Daytona Beach from 7 to 9 p.m., with Cypress Pool open for free swimming until 9 p.m. during the concert, at 981 George West Engram Blvd., Daytona Beach. Parking is available at Cypress Park.

Starting Saturday: Shriners from around the world will converge on Daytona Beach from July 14 to 19 as they attend the Shriners International 2018 Imperial Session at the Ocean Center, 101 N. Atlantic Ave. Most people know the Shriners by the funny hats they wear, the tiny cars they drive, and the big cigars they smoke. These attention getters show the social side of Shriners
International, which has a very serious mission. The group owns and operates Shriners Hospitals for Children, a network of 22 nonprofit medical facilities and one of the largest charitable organizations in the United States.

Sunday: World Cup Finals Watch Party, 11 a.m. at the Palm Coast Community Center, 305 Palm Coast Pkwy NE, Palm Coast.
