Carly Hyers (FlaglerLive)

Carly is the 6 year old daughter of Chip and Linda Hyers of Palm Coast. She has brown hair and brown eyes and stands at 3 feet 9 inches tall.

Carly will be starting 1st grade this August at Old Kings Elementary School.
