Hailey is 7 years old with dark blonde hair and brown eyes and stands at 4 feet 1 inch tall. She is the daughter of Shawn and Belinda Capehart of Palm Coast.
This fall Hailey will be entering the 2nd grade at Bunnell Elementary.
