Tara is 14 years old and has blonde hair, blue eyes and stands at 5 feet 2 inches tall. She is the daughter of Drew and Ginger Norberg of Palm Coast.
Tara will be a freshman this year at Flagler Palm Coast High School, where she is active in cheerleading and hopes to join the track & field team.
