Exzia is the daughter of Terrance & Teresa Jernigan of Palm Coast. She is 9 years old and has dark brown hair, brown eyes and stands at 4 feet 4 inches tall.
This year Exzia will be entering the 4th grade gifted program at Bunnell Elementary School.
