The Public Safety Coordinating Council meets at 8:45 a.m. at the Emergency Operations Center in Bunnell.

The Palm Coast Leisure Services Advisory Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall in Town Center. It will review six applications for the annual cultural arts grants the city makes available to cultural organizations.

The Bunnell Code Enforcement Board meets at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 201 West Moody Boulevard, Bunnell. It will review a half dozen cases.

Aides to Gov. Rick Scott, Attorney General Pam Bondi, Agriculture Commissioner Adam Putnam and state Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater are scheduled to meet in an advance of a Sept. 20 Cabinet meeting. (9 a.m., Cabinet meeting room, the Capitol.)

The Florida Public Service Commission will hold a workshop to discuss what are known as utilities’ “10-Year Site Plans.” (9:30 a.m., Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee.)

♦ Sept. 17: ZinkZank Art Gallery opens a new show, “Mutable: Temporality and the Fickle Nature of Art Making,” with a free reception from 6 to 9 p.m. at the gallery at Marvin’s Garden, 4601 E. Moody Blvd Ste K-11, Bunnell.
♦ Sept. 17-18: Staged Reading of Neil Simon’s “Chapter Two,” at the Flagler Auditorium’s Black Box Theatre, directed by Bruce Heighley, a volunteer production to benefit the auditorium’s the Arts in Education Scholarship Fund and Temple Beth Shalom.
