Franklin Crawley, 37, of 34 Woodhollow Lane in Palm Coast, is accused of stealing his grandmother’s car before taking airborne and ground-based cops on a chase through Bunnell and Palm Coast. He and Christian Grasso, 37, were arrested. Both face felony charges.
