The Flagler County Commission holds the first of two public hearings to set the property tax rate for next year. The rate equates to a 6.63 percent increase over the current rate. 5:30 p.m. at board chambers, Government Services Building, Bunnell.

The Florida Association of Health Plans will hold its annual conference, which will include a panel discussion by state lawmakers. The lawmakers are expected to include Sen.
