Notably: Existentialism, Simenon-style: “It was time for the cinemas to come out. We could hear people going home, taxis were speeding by, the last buses were rushing through the streets, snowflakes were falling slowly and, where they landed on the cold stone, there was nothing left a few seconds later, not even a spot of dew.”

Was this what life was? A bit of unconscious childhood, a brief adolescence, then the void, a tangle of worries, hassles, petty cares, and already, at 40, the feeling of old age—a joyless slope to descend?

Tucker Carlson has always privately “hated” Trump. His words, not mine.
His phony stint at Fox as a Trump propagandist should have been obvious to anyone who tuned in more than twice. For the right money, he hated Trump, loved Trump, and now hates Trump again.
The perplexing element to anyone like Tucker is their ability to “change” ideologies and make you believe his sincerity.
Ideologies are extreme emotional feelings similar to love. If you ever really loved someone you can never actually fall out of love. I believe that same analogy is true for core ideologies. Of course you can evolve/devolve but a 180 indicates that your ideologies may not have been genuine.
Remember, Tucker is developing a new far right wing base for his podcasts. His net worth is north of $30-$50 million. The range that starts bending people. The left shouldn’t rush to reference his turn around as a win.
A radical is a radical.
His real ideology… money…like most talking heads.

According to a story published by The Cool Down, researchers at Brandenberg University’s School of Technology Cottbus-Sefrenberg released a study ranging over up to 16 years of the performance of 1.25 million solar systems installed throughout Germany.
The degradation rate of the solar systems studied varied from 0.52% per year to 0.61% per year, with some of the variance explained by impacts of extreme weather events on individual systems.
One of the researchers commented:
“Solar is growing fast and aging better than many people thought. … We found that output declines by about 0.59% per year on average, which is lower than many previous assumptions.”
Make of this what you will.
