A 10-year-old child was removed from a Palm Coast home Friday afternoon after four adults were arrested by Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies on drug and neglect charges.
Deputies served a warrant on Thomas Ksiezopolski at his home at 20 Rockne Lane around 3:15 p.m. Jan. 21. The home, according to the report, had been under surveillance due to alleged drug activity.
When deputies entered the home, they found hypodermic needles, syringes, cocaine, and prescription drugs throughout the house.
Deputies described the home as being filthy and lacking in food for a child living at the home. They found food rotting in the cabinets and the fridge. The Department of Children and Families took custody of the 10-year-old child.
All four adults were transported to the Flagler County jail.
Deputies charged Ksiezopolski, 35, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cocaine, five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a legend drug without a prescription and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He posted $5,250 bond on the charges and was released.
Nina Holley, 27, was charged with possession of a legend drug without a prescription, four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, contributing to the delinquency of a minor. She was being held Tuesday in lieu of $3,000 bond.
Kevin Langford, 36, was charged with child neglect and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released after posting $1,000 bond.
Lisa Creamer, 39, was charged with child neglect. She was being held Tuesday on $500 bond.
“It is tragic that a 10-year-old child had to endure this kind of living condition. No child should be subjected to this type of neglect,” Sheriff Don Fleming said.

You want to hurt yourself, go ahead, but this 10 year old child doesn’t deserve it. Disgusting for the adults, Sad for the child.

I feel sorry for all of these individuals. I feel especially sorry for the child. My question to society is when will we start finding a solution for this addiction problem that is dominating our news. Seems to me that this addiction is a sickness. Whether it is mental or physical we need to stop lashing out and find a cure.
