Update: Tiffany Alyce Chapman, missing since Sunday, was located at 7 p.m. Tuesday by police in St. Augustine.

The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to locate Tiffany Alyce Chapman, 16, of 65 Blaine  Drive in Palm Coast. She left her residence around 6 p.m. on Sunday, July 13.

Chapman is a white female, 5’6” tall, 155 lbs., brown eyes and brown/black hair. Chapman was last seen wearing a multi-colored shirt with zebra striped pants.

Chapman was seen getting into her mother’s blue, Ford F-150 near the Woodlands section of Palm Coast, but her mother, Karen Watkins, was arrested in St. Johns County on Monday (July 14) for interference with child custody. Chapman was not with her mother at the time of her arrest. Watkins remains at the St. Johns County jail today, where she’s being held on an out-of-county warrant on no bond.

Chapman is known to hang out in the Flagler Beach area, but could also be in the St. Augustine area. Anyone who has seen Chapman is asked to call the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office at (386) 313-4911.

Just what kind of supervision is this child receiving? I hope she is located quickly. Looks like intensive counseling would be well-advised.

I sure am glad she is okay. Too many young girls get abducted by depraved sickos who prey on teen girls. I hope whatever the reason she was missing that she is not treated like a juvenile delinquent, and hope she is prosperous and happy in her life.
