Teri Craddock As Intracoastal’s Business Relationship Manager, Grand Haven Adds Two Agents

Bruce Page, President and Chief Executive Officer, earlier this month announced the addition of Teri Craddock to the Intracoastal Bank team as Vice President and Business Relationship Manager for the Bank.


Craddock will be responsible for developing and attending to business and personal banking relationships. Prior to joining Intracoastal Bank, Teri was Relationship Manager for Floridian Bank in Daytona Beach. She brings a wealth of banking experience. In 31 years in the financial services industry she has served in various capacities, including relationship manager with business, private and consumer clients and other leadership and management roles within the industry with community, regional, and national banks.

A dedicated community volunteer Craddock has been active in many business and civic organizations including United Way, Volusia
County Medical Society, American Cancer Society and Camp Boggy Creek.

Intracoastal Bank is a locally owned and operated financial institution. The Flagler County branch is at 1290 Palm Coast Parkway, NW, Palm Coast. The Bank’s Volusia branch is at 2140 LPGA Blvd., Daytona Beach.

Grand Living Realty Adds Real Estate Agents Aloha Von Jasinski and Eddie Marcal

Lindsay Dolamore, CEO Managing Broker of Grand Living Realty, announce that Aloha Von Jasinski and Eddie Marcal, long-time Flagler County real estate agents, have joined the company.

“We are continuing to add high-caliber talent to our real estate agent team,” Dolamore said. “We are up to ten agents since we’ve moved into our new building and we plan on announcing more to our team soon.”

Aloha Von Jasinski is a multi-million dollar producer and has been active in the real estate industry since the early 2000’s, obtaining her broker license and GRI in 2006. After a 40-year career in health care as a nurse, holding several certifications, Von Jasinski now enjoys helping families realize and fulfill their real estate dreams. She holds a Baccalaureate and Master Degrees in Nursing from CSULB and UCLA. She is a graduate of the one-on-one Coaching Mike Ferry Organization, and specializes in residential sales and listings, as well as second homes and vacation homes, waterfront properties, golf communities, oceanfront communities. She is also a member of the Women Council of Realtors.

Eddie Marcal is a multi-million dollar producer and has been a real estate agent in Flagler since 2003. He has a diverse background in customer service, sales, technology, finance and project management for companies like PFC Construction, Continental Airlines, Cape Air, and IBM Corporation. He specializes in new home sales and residential sales, as well as relocation, commercial real estate, second homes/vacation homes, waterfront properties, golf communities, oceanfront communities. He speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish. Marcal is a member of the Flagler County Association of Realtors Leadership Academy and Vice Chair of Public Policy, he has also served as Technology Chair, as a board member of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional) and also Vice President and on the board of directors for the Hispanic American Club of Palm Coast.

He is a former Certified Volunteer New York Fire Fighter. He is a licensed pilot and was in the United States Air Force Auxiliary,-Civil Air Patrol, serving our country’s youth and the USAFs Search and Rescue Missions since a cadet in 1986-2003. He has a Bachelors of Science in Aviation-Flight and a Bachelors of Science in Business Management From UMASS Certified Project Manager PMP by PMI.

Grand Living Realty (sister company to Grand Haven Realty) opened its new modern office last month located across the street from the main gate of the Grand Haven community on Colbert Lane. The real estate center incorporates real estate services, real estate development and strategic alliances with Southern Title, Ameris Bank Mortgage Services, Austinteriors & Accessories and Grand Haven Properties.

According to Dolamore, the real estate center concept is for customers to have a convenient one-stop location for all the primary residential real estate services. The real estate center also provides a vision of the lifestyle in Flagler County and Palm Coast, information on area master planned communities and an inviting atmosphere including a casual café and an art displays from local gallery Salvo Art Project.

Grand Living Realty is a partnership between Dolamore and Jim Cullis, a 30-year veteran in real estate development, including acquisition analysis to design, construction, sales and marketing, and operations management. Dolamore has over 20 years experience managing large real estate brokerages.
