Note: all government meetings noticed below are free and open to the public unless otherwise indicated. Many can be heard or seen live through each agency’s website.

The Palm Coast City Council meets at 9 a.m. at City Hall in Town Center. After going through some routine business and four proclamations, the council will recess and its new council members will take the oath of office for their four-year terms: Mayor Milissa Holland, and council members Bob Cuff and Nick Klufas. The council will then select a vice mayor and agree to each member’s committee appointments.

Palm Coast Animal Control hearing, 1 p.m. at City Hall in Town Center.

The Flagler County Centennial Committee meets at 1:30 p.m. in the Third Floor Financial Services Conference Room, Government Services Building, Bunnell.

The St. Johns River Water Management District Governing Board will meet after holding a series of committee meetings. (Committee meetings start at 9 a.m., followed by full board, district headquarters, 4049 Reid St., Palatka.)

Food Truck Tuesday in Palm Coast’s Central Park starting at 5 p.m. Proceeds this month will be donated to the Palm Coast Volunteer Fire Rescue.

♦ Nov. 16: Showcasing five orchestras featuring some 375 musicians–its youngest beginners to its most advanced performers–the Flagler Youth Orchestra presents its first concert of 2016-17 at 7 p.m. at the Flagler Auditorium in Palm Coast. ♦ Nov. 29: A hearing is scheduled before Circuit Judge Scott DuPont in the case of Dunn v. Flagler County Schools, the case involving an allegation that two children were bullied and one of them was sexually assaulted by other children at a voluntary pre-kindergarten at Old Kings Elementary school in 2015.
