Grand Haven Realty announced today a new partnership between company president Jim Cullis and Lindsay Dolamore, the 2016 President of the Flagler County Association of Realtors. The two are teaming up to expand residential real estate service beyond the gated community of Grand Haven. They’ll be launching a new real estate company brand.
“As the business continues to expand, we have formed a new partnership that will allow Grand Haven Realty to better serve the entire Flagler County community,” Cullis said in a release issued this afternoon. “We will also be launching Grand Living Realty soon as a sister company for listings outside of Grand Haven.”
Cullis said his years of experience in residential and commercial development, combined with Dolamore’s 20 years in real estate and management, will help Grand Haven Realty grow.
“Having the right partner to lead Grand Haven Realty into the future is critical to our vision,” Cullis said. “Lindsay is one of the county’s top residential real estate professionals and brings years of experience to the team.”
The move of Grand Haven Realty outside of the Grand Haven master planned community allows for growth in Flagler County’s real estate market. The focus will be on marketing master planned communities, residential house and lot packages and home resale throughout the county.
A day earlier, Cullis announced the company has signed a lease with the first tenant in its new office building. David Lewis, a mortgage banker with Ameris Bank, will occupy a suite in the Grand Haven Realty Center, a 4,800-sq. ft. office that sits directly across from the Grand Haven entrance at 2298 Colbert Lane in Palm Coast.
The team is moved in, the office is now open, and a ribbon cutting and grand will be scheduled for later in April.
“We are thrilled that Dave, along with Ameris Bank, is our first real estate center allied service,” Cullis said. “His presence in our building helps Grand Haven Realty offer our customers the convenience of meeting all their real estate needs right here at one location.”
The real estate center incorporates real estate services, real estate development and strategic alliances with Southern Title, Ameris Bank Mortgage Services, Austinterior & Accessories and Grand Haven Properties.
According to Cullis, the concept is for customers to have a convenient one-stop location for all the primary residential real estate services. The real estate center also provides a vision of the lifestyle in Flagler County and Palm Coast, information on area master planned communities and an inviting atmosphere including a casual café and an art displays from local gallery Salvo Art Project.
Cullis said the grand opening celebration for the new real estate center will begin April 20, 2016 with a ribbon cutting at 4pm by the Flagler Chamber of Commerce. A public grand opening is set for April 23 and 24 with tours of the new center and open houses at the new builder model homes in Grand Haven.
Grand Haven Realty was launched in 2010 by Jim Cullis, a 30-year veteran in real estate development, including acquisition analysis to design, construction, sales and marketing, and operations management.
