Jenny Marafurova in December announced the opening of Emerald Day Spa, a high end spa and salon experience at 1490 Palm Coast Pkwy Suite #3 in Palm Coast, with a ribbon-cutting attended by Palm Coast Mayor Jon Netts and others.

Marafurova is a Russian-born, New York trained precision hair stylist.

“Our doors are open to all spa going enthusiasts and seekers of aesthetic perfection,” Marafurova said. “We are confident that our services are sure to please even the most demanding clientele with the highest expectations.” She has handpicked her staff of professionals in the top of their field with stellar qualifications, talent, experience and recommendation.

Clients are able to select from clinical and European customized facials performed by their paramedical esthetician, who has 20 years’ experience. Emerald’s massage therapist has 15 years of experience and additional training from the Upledger Institute for Craniosacral Therapy, and enjoys all phases of wellness massage. Designer hair cuts and styles, hair coloring or correcting, and keratin treatments with a third generation hair stylist who is a certified Hot Head extension specialist are also available.

Emerald offers waxing and threading services, and has a makeup artist on staff for special occasions. The business has a private nail spa with Dinair airbrush tanning in their VIP room, and is one of the few salons in Flagler County with a luxurious barber’s corner.

Emerald Day Spa’s hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by appointment after hours. Reach Emerald at 386/283-9858, or online athttp://www.emerald-dayspa.com. Emerald is accepting applications for varied positions, and those interested are asked to inquire within.
