The 32-girls team of the Flagler County Synchro Belles goes into action at 6 p.m. tonight at the Belle Terre Swim and Raquet Club for its annual community show before going on the road to defend its state title in Gainesville, and battle for a national in Seattle. (Read the full story here.)
The Synchro Belles have won the state championship every year since 2006. They’ll be going for their 6th straight next weekend. Then it’s off to Seattle for the nationals from June 24 to July 3.
It’s $5 for tonight’s show, where Synchro Belles coach Isabella Vasconcellos was expecting several hundred spectators. The racquet club is at 73 Patricia Drive in Palm Coast.
