Do you have out of town guests looking to purchase a new home in Flagler County? The Flagler County Association of Realtors is partnering with the City of Palm Coast to host its second annual “Home for the Holidays” event on Dec. 10-11 from 1 to 4 p.m. each day.
This event is an open house tour–not at just one location, but at innumerable listings from the Flagler County Multiple Listing Service.
Agents and homeowners are encouraged to showcase the holiday spirit through decorations and holiday treats so future homeowners can see houses decorated as if it were their own.
As you sip on cider or snack on holiday cookies, make sure you include your name in the drawing that will be at every home. The more homes you view, the better chance you have to win a gift card, basket of goodies or a dinner for two at one of our local restaurants.
