The Community Problem Solvers state competition was held at Cape Canaveral March 20-23. Thanks to Flagler Palm Coast High School’s Ryan McDermott, we now have a complete list of the district’s many winners, from most of its schools. A star next to the names represents qualifiers for the Future Problem Solvers International Competition in La Crosse, Wis., June 9-12. Last year the team that traveled to La Crosse returned with a record number of prizes.

Kudos to the students, the coaches and the Flagler County School District. Again, proof that we still have a highly rated school district doing their best to educate our children!
Richard says
Just a thought! Maybe we might get better results if we turned the economic development issue over to these students.

Once again Mrs. Tomko does an incredible job!! She has been training winners for quite a few years. I congratulate the students on a great job. I had the pleasure of having my son on one of Mrs. Tomeko’s international winning teams and the experience he had and the knowledge he received from Mrs. Tomko has assisted him in his path of life.
