The Halifax Contra Band will appear at Flagler Beach monthly First Friday tonight from 6 to 9 p.m. at Veterans Park. Residents and visitors are invited to enjoy a variety of music suitable for family-oriented, toe-tapping, hand-clapping audiences.
Family members of all ages are invited to participate in the first tie-dye t-shirt making extravaganza. Bring your own T-shirt or buy one on site and use provided materials to dye your shirt. All participants are invited to wear their creations in Flagler Beach’s traditional July 4th parade this weekend.
Other activities include corn hole game face painting and balloon sculptures. As was the in previous First Fridays (last month’s drew about 600 people), Flagler Beach businesses and organizations will present their products and
services throughout Veterans Park.
A special area will be reserved as a food court to make it easy for all to enjoy their favorite food and drink. More information is available here.
