Electric power was out for just under two hours for some 4,000 Florida Power & Light customers in Palm Coast Sunday morning.
The outage lasted from 8:40 a.m. to 10:19 a.m., FPL spokeswoman Jackie Anderson said. Customers reported outages in the W section west of Belle Terre Parkway. Anderson said outages extended up to Matanzas Woods Parkway at the northern ened of Belle Terre.
The exact cause of the outage hadn’t been determined this morning beyond “some sort of equipment issue in one of the substations,” Anderson said.

‘sort of ‘my high school english teacher would have graeded me an F- if answered to the public with some sort of equipment issue. That’s an answer anyone might give but not FPL management, but is typical of FPL so many in high management have not got a clue how the electric system works. Just watch the Lauderdale news.
