Susan McFarland and Karen Sprague have joined Grand Living Realty, CEO and Managing Broker Lindsay Dolamore, said.

“The Grand Living sales team has more than doubled since the beginning of the year,” said Dolamore. “We are building a top-notch talent pool that is skilled in matching the right buyers to the right sellers throughout Flagler County.”

McFarland started her real estate journey in Charlotte, N.C., and has been a sales agent for 16 years. She moved to the Palm Coast area in 2004. She is an on-site agent selling new home construction for Skyway Homes in Wild Oaks, a gated community associated with Grand Haven. She is also is owner of TLC Pet Sitting and involved with Flagler County Humane Society.

Sprague brings Fortune 500 marketing, business management, and creative home decorating talents to Grand Living Realty. She has worked as a director-manager in the construction, design and aquatic arena for a large part of her career. Her customers appreciate her ability to keep the home buyers and selling process on track, from price negotiation to inspections, appraisal and bringing the transaction through to closing. She is also a member of the Flagler County Association of Realtors.

Grand Living Realty opened its new modern office across the street from the main gate of the Grand Haven community on Colbert Lane earlier this year. The real estate center incorporates real estate services, real estate development and strategic alliances with Southern Title, Ameris Bank Mortgage Services, Austinterior & Accessories and Grand Haven Properties.

Parkside Realty Group’s broker-owner Sam Perkovich announced that agent Randy Ecker earned his real estate broker’s license and will now be a Broker Associate with Parkside.

“Randy has been in the real estate market locally since 2010 so he knows the market and area well,” Perkovich said. “He’s an asset to his buyers and sellers and takes pride in every transaction and earning his broker’s license just elevates him even more,” she added

Ecker has over 25 years in corporate sales and marketing and moved to Palm Coast from Colorado in 2000 with his wife, Cindy, and his two children, Davis and Victoria. Ecker is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Flagler County Association of Realtors, and the Flagler Beach Rotary Club.

ParkSide Realty Group announced earlier this year its movie into a new, 1,400 square-foot office at Palm Coast Town Center, where construction has begun.

Perkovich is the broker and owner of ParkSide Realty Group, which was awarded best Real Estate Company in the 2014 Reader’s Choice Awards. ParkSide opened its doors in 2010, growing to 20 real estate agents on staff.

Kathy McEnaney has joined Real Living Palm West Home Realty in Palm Coast.

“I’m happy to be working with such an amazing team here,” McEnaney said. “The summer real estate market has been brisk and I’ve been enjoying helping families find homes, condos, land and more in our amazing community.”

McEnaney obtained her real estate license in 1998 and has been serving buyers and sellers in Flagler County for the past 18 years. She assists her clients with finding residential homes, including oceanfront and Intracoastal homes. She also has a vast knowledge of private gated communities in Flagler County, condos, vacant land, investment properties, and more. She has earned top listing agent and/or top selling agent for over 13 years with her former real estate office.

Real Living Palm West Home Realty, Inc. is located at 2 Florida Park Drive North, Palm Coast.

Asking tough questions is increasingly met with hostility. The political climate—nationally and right here in Flagler County—is at war with fearless reporting. Officials and powerbrokers often prefer echo chambers to accountability. They want news that flatters, not news that informs. They want stenographers. We give them journalism. You know by now, after 16 years, that FlaglerLive won’t be intimidated. We dig. We don't sanitize to pander or please. We report reality, no matter who it upsets. Even you. But standing up to this kind of pressure requires resources. We need a community that values courage over comfort. Stand with us, and help us hold the line.
