Taylor is the daughter of Eric and Teresa Phillips of Palm Coast. She is 11 years old with brown hair and blue eyes and stands at 5 feet tall.
This year Taylor will be entering the 6th grade at Belle Terre Elementary School.
Taylor likes surfing, fishing and swimming. She also plays softball, is active in cheerleading and dance. Taylor’s favorite animal is the dolphin and she would love to be able to work with them everyday as a dolphin trainer.
