Terrah is 5 years old with blonde hair and blue eyes. She is the daughter of William and Robyn Prater of Palm Coast.
This year Terrah will be entering the 1st grade at Belle Terre Elementary School where she likes to play on the monkey bars, and her favorite subject is art.
