Two, three and four year old children are invited to listen to stories, play games and share crafts with their favorite stuffed friends at a free Teddy Bear Picnic hosted by the Palm Coast Parks & Recreation Department. Parents and children will gather at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 2 for a morning of magical time together. Light refreshments will be served.
