Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center is offering a free seminar on general health and wellness on Jan. 26 from noon to 1 p.m.
“We will be covering many topics that will help people start the New Year off right including how to develop healthier lifestyle habits,” said physical therapist Em Dinopol, owner of Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center. “I will also share with you my experiences as a patient undergoing therapy and how it has affected me and changed the way I see physical therapy as a means to a healthier lifestyle.”
Topics include ways to monitor your health, techniques for fall prevention, explanation of the holistic triad, including proper breathing techniques, tips for good posture, and some great fitness exercises. There will also be discussion on diabetes, hypertension, blood pressure, COPD and other breathing issues and more.
The seminar will be held at the center’s location at 84 Pinnacles Dr., Building A in Palm Coast, across from Florida Hospital Flagler. There will be a presentation as well as a question and answer period. Seating is limited so attendees are asked to please call at 386-447-7824 to reserve a seat.
