Gail Downs, 2015 Realtor of the Year, Joins Parkside Realty Group

Parkside Realty Group Broker and Owner Sam Perkovich announced last week that Gail Downs, the 2015 Flagler County Realtor of the Year, has joined Parkside Realty.

“We are thrilled to have Gail join our office,” Perkovich said. “She has lived in Flagler County for nearly two decades so her knowledge of the area is invaluable.”

Downs grew up in Central Florida and has an extensive knowledge of the coastal cities throughout Flagler and Volusia Counties. She moved from the Daytona Beach area to Palm Coast with her husband and son in 1998. She received her real estate license in 2001, and broker’s license (broker associate) in 2002. She has earned specialty training in many different areas. She is involved in Rotary and is a member and past board secretary, 2014-2015, for the Flagler County Association of Realtors, a member and past club secretary for the Rotary Club of Flagler County; an alumni of Leadership Daytona (class XX), and a former board member of the Flagler County Education Foundation.

ParkSide opened their doors in 2010 and have 20 real estate agents on staff, including a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Each agent has their own area of expertise in the Palm Coast, Flagler Beach and Bunnell area. All are Flagler County residents, and many grew up in the area or have been locals for 10 years or more.
