Yin Yoga with Essential Oils Workshop

Yin Yoga with Essential Oils Workshop, 11 a.m. at Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens (OMAM), 78 East Granada Boulevard, Ormond Beach. This workshop, led by certified instructor Chantelle Uitermark, focuses on “energy” and will mindfully cleanse the body, mind, and spirit to capture the rejuvenation of spring. Experience essential oils that help to cleanse the heart of emotional toxins, combined with a Yin Yoga sequence including twists and forward bends to humbly guide the body to move out what no longer is needed. Bring a yoga mat and any desired yoga props.
