Tyrese Patterson Sentencing
Tyrese Patterson Sentencing: Tyrese Patterson, who pleaded to a count of second degree murder and two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, is scheduled to be sentenced at 1:30 p.m. at the Flagler County Courthouse by Circuit Judge Terence Perkins. Patterson was charged in the killing of Noah Smith, 16, in 2022. He faces a minimum mandatory 25 years in prison, but could be sentenced to up to 50 years in prison.
