Jim Guines Celebration of Life
A Celebration of the life of Jim Guines, the former Flagler County school board member who died on June 15 in Palm Coast, is scheduled for 11 a.m. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 5400 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast.
