In Court: Joao Fernandes Sentencing: Joao Fernandes, the 50-year-old Palm Coast resident a jury convicted of hit-and-run on Belle Terre Parkway in July, is sentenced at 9 a.m. by Senior Circuit Judge Terence Perkins in Courtroom 401 at the Flagler County courthouse.
