A fire that started in a vehicle parked in the driveway consumed the garage and the attic of the house at 1 Walter Place in Palm Coast Saturday morning.
An early morning fire Sunday demolished a 63-year-old house on South Daytona Avenue. The homeowner was absent. On Saturday, an electrical fire damaged the back end of a three-story structure at the north end of town.

A medical examiner’s autopsy confirmed that Kevin Clayton’s death in a Nov. 28 fire at 40 Kentucky Avenue in western Flagler County was a suicide. No foul play is suspected.
