Claude Sisco Deen Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. at Cattleman’s Hall Community Center, Flagler County Fairgrounds, 150 Sawgrass Rd, Bunnell. Deen, the 2017 Flagler County Veteran of the Year, a renowned archivist, historian and philanthropist, died on Aug. 31 at age 83.
