Theodore Moore, 25, was observed by a Bunnell cop allegedly trespassing–near Moore’s home. The cop briefly pursued Moore and handcuffed him, finding a gun and contraceptive pills on him as Moore resisted his arrest and dared cops to Tase him as a crowd gathered in South Bunnell.

Victoria Higgins was not in the mood to have her black 2005 Ford Mustang repossessed. So she allegedly shot at the two repo men who went to her Mohogany Boulevard home in the Mondex Tuesday, forcing them to flee. She was jailed on aggravated assault charges.

A suspicious package the size of a shoebox was delivered to the Budget Motel in Bunnell, behind the State Street Diner, this morning, triggering an environmental emergency. Bunnell Fire Chief Derek Fraser ordered the motel grounds sealed and summoned a hazardous materials team from St. Johns County, which authorities are awaiting.

Todd Lee Richmond of Orlando was on Mud Muckers’ trails early Sunday morning with a group of people when he allegedly argued then stabbed Brad Taylor, who was airlifted to Halifax hospital. Richmond posted $100,000 bond and was released.

Howard Berry, 53, a resident of 1696 Rosewood Street, was taken to Halifax Hospital Tuesday evening with a gunshot wound to the head after he had been “messing around with a gun,” he told cops, after an argument with his wife.

It was the 84th time since 2008 that Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies were responding to William Sitton’s house, where he had barricaded himself in a bedroom, gesticulating about Satan and daring deputies to shoot him. The stand-off was resolved when deputies fired bean rounds and mace.

Charles Cowart, the 29-year-old man who led police on a chase through Bunnell as he rode a horse through town the afternoon of Sept. 24, was jailed again on a public intoxication charge Nov. 20, but will likely not face trail on the four felony and misdemeanor charges he incurred in September.

Justin rushing, a 22-year-old resident of North Old Dixie Highway in Bunnell, is being held at the Flagler County jail, without bond, on a half dozen charges of lewd and lascivious conduct and child molesting in a case involving a younger sister. The alleged incidents took place over several years, according to Rushing’s arrest report, and involved the girl when she was between 12 and 16, and in other instances, younger than 12.
